This Privacy Policy explains what Proxywise AI, Inc. ("Proxywise", "we", "us") collects when you use the website at proxywise.ai and the application at app.proxywise.ai (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers two situations. For account, billing, analytics, support and marketing information, Proxywise decides how and why the information is used and this policy governs. For personal information inside Customer Content that an organization uploads to the Service, Proxywise processes it only on that organization's instructions under the Terms of Service and Section 5 below; questions about that information go to the organization that uploaded it.

Strictly necessary cookies. Our sign-in provider sets session cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account. The Service does not work without them.
Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the Service is used and to find errors. PostHog sets cookies and uses browser storage to recognize your browser across visits, records the usage information in Section 1, and, once you sign in, associates that usage with your account by your email address and name. Analytics data is processed in the United States.
No advertising tracking. We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking and no third-party ad networks.
Your controls. You can block analytics with a browser setting, content blocker or extension; the Service keeps working. Deleting cookies signs you out.
Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Service providers. We share information with providers that process it for us under contracts that limit them to our instructions. The current list of providers, what each does and where it processes data is on our Subprocessors page, which we update when a provider changes. By category:

Your organization. Users of your organization see the Customer Content its members add, including who added it.
Other subscribers. Reports generated under the Proxywise benchmark policy are visible to other subscribers. They contain public information about the company and its meeting, never your organization's Customer Content or the identity of your users.
Legal and safety. We disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Proxywise, our users or others.
Business transfers. If Proxywise is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
No sale. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Customer Content belongs to your organization and is governed by the Terms of Service. It stays inside your organization: we use it only to provide the Service to your organization, it is visible to your organization's users, it is not used to produce results for any other organization, it is not disclosed to other subscribers, and neither we nor our providers use it to train machine-learning models. Your organization's administrators control who can access it. When your organization closes its account we delete Customer Content within 60 days, except copies in routine backups and records we must keep by law.
Retention. We keep account information and Customer Content for as long as your organization's account is active and afterwards only as long as needed to close the account, resolve disputes, keep billing and tax records, or comply with law. Shared-report verification codes and download links expire within minutes of being issued. Usage information is kept in identifiable form only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3 and afterwards in aggregate. Retention periods for specific systems are available on request.
Security. Information is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people and providers who need it, and our providers operate under recognized security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information we notify you as the law requires.
California residents. This policy is our notice under the California Online Privacy Protection Act; Section 2 states how we respond to Do Not Track signals. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 you may ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including to know, correct and delete personal information; use the contact below to exercise them and we will respond as the law requires.
Children. The Service is for organizations and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where information is processed. Proxywise is based in the United States and the Service is hosted there. By using it you understand that your information is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy. We post updates here with a new effective date. For a material change we notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
